What is your fitness goal?

Overview

Every day thousands today decide to make the first day of their fitness journey and every evening they decide to make tomorrow that day. We all want to secretly look like Greek gods and goddesses we all want to be the center of all attention, we must all want to feel fit, healthy and alive every second of the day. What is stopping us? Look around, just as I go to decide on a healthy diet, I see a flashing red and yellow sign to lure me to some French fries and cheeseburgers, resist, and I spot young and old indulgently open their mouths dripping golgappa delicately to place there, enough to drool and stop me for a bite. A trip to the local supermarket with all of its practically packaged processed foods is enough to drop someone off the health-driving train. So, what is the key to staying super fit and super-hot in this day and age of fast living and fast food? And we should know about our fitness goal.

What Is Your Fitness Goal

 1. Set your fitness goal:

Before you sign up for a juicy check for membership in the coolest gym in the city before you move your card to get the most technologically advanced gym gear, stop and think about your fitness goals. Is to lose weight to gain muscle, build endurance, get a six-pack, and finish a marathon or just to fit in the thinnest jeans. Whatever your goals, write it down, cut out pictures and put them everywhere, in the fridge, at your desk, even in the car. If you always have the goal in front of you, you are more likely to fall by the wayside and stay motivated. Every time you feel like trying on the fitness track, think about your goals and the reasons you started.

2. Do you think you can reach them?

Life is fast moving in such a jet set that we can expect all results at that speed. If that does not happen, I often feel low and depressed. It's on days like these that I read of comfort as the biggest loser in watching shows and stories of dramatic weight loss. These have always been my favorite section of every fitness magazine. They motivate me and make me believe that if they lose hundreds of pounds - that last 4 pounds - not all should be so hard for each of us. “fitness goal” Is very important role play in our life.

3. The power of the present:

Regardless of whether you have had a healthy or forgiving day, week or year, it does not matter. What has happened is done, now is the time to start, and fit for the rest of your life. I've pinned this quote to my desk. I just have to look at it, and I'm ready to grab my sneakers. So let's start.
